Chocolate Pie

Yield: 1 pie

Ingredients:

1 (4 oz.) bar semi-sweet baking chocolate or chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 regular pie crust
whipped cream or ice cream

Directions:

Melt butter and chocolate in microwave, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and immediately add sugar; stir until well combined. Cool for 3 minutes in refrigerator.
Mix eggs with a fork.
Add chocolate mixture and whisk until well combined.
Bake at 350° on bottom oven rack for 30 minutes.
Bake 10 minutes on top oven rack.
Cool to room temperature.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
